Corroborating Shova Shahi's version, Prince Paras is quoted as having said, "She [Shova] must have thought that it was the only weapon Dai (Dipendra) had but I saw that he had much more weapons."<br /><br />His mother, Queen Aishwarya, who came into the room when the first shots were fired, left quickly, looking for help.<br /><br />Aishwarya and Prince Nirajan confronted Dipendra in the garden of the palace, where they were both fatally shot multiple times. It was frustrating enough that the dough cracked into like a 1,000 pieces, but while I was pressing them back together into something crudely resembling a crust, the clasp on said springform decided to pop and now will not stay closed (actually, now it’s in the recycle bin). Ugh. I needed to go with it at that point, so I put a tight rubber band around the pan to hold it closed, dusted cookie crumbs on the bottom, piled it full of apples and chucked it in the oven to par bake. Not my most brilliant idea, as within a few minutes, the rubber band popped in the heat and the buckle opened up again, cracking the crust. I scrambled around and found a small pie pan that was big enough to hold the springform but tight enough to keep the buckle in the closed position. The dough was still soft at that point and seemed to come back together when the pan was re-closed, but with all those apples in there, I really couldn’t tell what condition it was in. <iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="300" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/RCe_i5fazMM" width="600"></iframe>

Nepal Association of Foreign Employment Agencies announced that they were stopping to send the Nepali migrant workers for foreign jobs, until July 6 decision was reversed. However most of the manpower agencies did not follow the NAFEA decision and continued their business.<br /> <br /> Manpower agents have been reported trying to tempt the people in power to change the decision of free visa and ticket. National Network for Safe Migration is organising various pressure-creating programmes, calling on the government to continue with the free ticket and visa system. It has already submitted a memorandum to the Office of Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, Ministry of Labour and Employment and Foreign Employment Promotion Board, seeking the effective implementation of the July 6 decision, its Chair Siddhichandra Baral said. Prime suspect nabbed after 20 years

<br /> The Central Investigation Bureau of Nepal Police has arrested a prime suspect wanted for the murder of an Italian tourist two decades ago.<br /> <br /> Tashi Gurung, now 40, of Nawal VDC, Manang, and others had allegedly thrashed and stabbed David Carraro (21) to death in Reggae Pub on October 30, 1995, when he tried to resist them from eve-teasing and sexually harassing two of his women friends. He succumbed to multiple injuries.<br /> <br /> Eight other suspects, however, are still at large. SSP Manoj Neupane said Tashi’s arrest could lead to the arrest of others. Tashi was held from room number 302 of Hotel Courtyard, Thamel, on Friday and was paraded at a press meet today. Some of them are said to be living in various countries and the CIB is trying to find their whereabouts with help from Interpol.<br /> <br /> According to SSP Neupane, Tashi went into hiding in different places of Nepal and India for around one-and-a-half years. Tashi’s father Tenzing Gurung aka Kalu Gurung then bought him a passport (2961550) issued in the name of Sandup Ghale of Sama VDC, Gorkha, with US visa for Rs 450,000. Tashi fled to America using the passport. He also obtained a fake citizenship certificate with the same name. The citizenship certificate (No. 16312) was found to have been originally issued in the name of Bimala Devi Pokharel of Chhoprak, Gorkha.<br /> <br /> SSP Neupane informed that Gurung had also acquired Green Card in the United States and stayed their for 15 years before he returned home in 2013. He had been living with family in Naya Bazaar. Son of Narayan Datta and Punya Kala Gyawali, he has formal education of standard 10. Commenced his political journey in 1971, he took membership from Central Coordination Committee in 1978 , before the formation of NCP- ML. Politburo member Gyawali is the chief of Publicity Department and Culture Department of UML . He was elected to parliament in 1999. In the first Constituent Assembly Election of 2008, he received 23,253 votes from Gulmi-2, defeating his closest rival Chandra Bhandari of NC. Bhandari received 21,101 votes while another opponent Nim Bahadur Pandey of UCPN- Maoist received 7,321 votes.<br /> He was appointed as Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation in 2006 and was one of three member of Government dialogue team, formed to talk with thenCPN-Maoist. Renowned as soft hearted politician, Gyawali is close to KP Oli, influential and senior leader of UML. He was an active member of the 2008 CA's Committee on Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles and Committee on State Affair.
